He has won once, finished second once and third once from four starts on this course. He jumps from a mid-field draw of six and can return to winning ways.

GREAT MELODY has good recent form lines to his credit. He showed good speed over 1000m on this course last time, fought hard but found one too good in the form of Warbonnet Creek. He is at his best over shorter, but always gives of his best and should be hard to peg back in the run down to the line.

S’manga Khumalo takes the ride and he can notch up his third career victory.
