DOUBLE SHOW made good late headway in his last start at Happy Valley and he should be one of the leading contenders. SUPER JOY finished a nose behind Valiant Elegance on this course last time and will be looking to make amends. BEAU GOSSE is next in line.

ACA POWER finished a neck behind Solid Shalaa on this course last time and is the tentative first selection. HINOKAMI KAGURA has produced two good last runs on this course and will also have plenty of followers. VANTASTIC CHOICE could be one worth following.

DIAMOND FLARE finished half a length behind SOLID SHALAA last time. He is nicely weighted with apprentice Wong aboard and he may be difficult to peg beck at the wire. FLYING DRAGON is better than his recent form suggests and it will be no surprise to see him finish in the money.

GUMMY GUMMY has an impressive record on this course. He finished close-up at Happy Valley last time and will relish racing back on this surface. WINNING ICEY comes in with a handy galloping weight and could be one to cause an upset. WONDER KIT must be included in quartets.

VICTORY MOMENTS followed up his recent win with a good second-place finish behind SING DRAGON. He is 3kgs better off at the weights and definitely represents decent each-way value for Hong Kong racing pundits. The grey TORONADO PHANTOM can run into the placings.

CORDYCEPS ONE finished a neck behind Strongest Boy at Happy Valley last time. He is having his first run on the All Weather course and if suited, he should be involved in the outcome of this contest. SUN OF MAKFI won on this course last time defeating M M Nebula and it will be interesting to see if the form line is given a boost in Race 1.
16:50 – Race 8 | Class 3 | 1650m

ADEFILL was caught too far back in his last start. It must be noted that he is an All Weather course specialist. YELLOWFIN finished 1.5 lengths behind the top selection in his penultimate effort. He is 3kgs better off at the weights and can give a good account of himself in the lucky last!
