BELLEVARDE was an easy winner of her last start over this distance on the Inside course. She raced from a handy position, quickened up well and won with a ton in hand. She has won once and finished second twice from as many starts over this C&D. Apprentice Trent Mayhew takes the 4kgs off her back and she can follow up.

She won her only attempt over this distance and finished second in her only attempt on this course. The daughter of Judpot is a filly with class and if fit, she should be too good for this field.

MOUNT PILATUS finished 0.5 lengths behind RICHARD THE FIRST last time. He is 1.5kgs better off at the weights today and that should be enough for the tables to be turned. He has finished second twice and third twice from five starts on this course. The blinkers seem to have done the trick and he may be the one to side with.
