The Glamour Boys were on the wrong side of a 1-0 score-line against Richards Bay this past weekend.

Things are so bad at the club that the coach, even interim mentor, Johnson, seems to have run out of ideas on the training pitch, and has now suggested he might have to take his players to a shooting range to alleviate their shyness in front of goal.

Chiefs’ situation is so dire to the point that a Richards Bay ball boy felt the need to intervene and give Du Preez some advice, it seems.

The two were seen chatting on the byline just before the Amakhosi forward was about to restart play.

Amakhosi’s next game is against a wounded SuperSport United, who themselves are going through a rough patch, going nine DStv Premiership matches without a win.

However, Matsatsantsa A Pitori seem to always find their groove when they take on the Glamour Boys, having completed a league double last season. SuperSport have only lost to Chiefs twice in the last 10 meetings.

The tie is scheduled for Freedom Day at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane, kick-off is at 17:30.
