Jockey: G Cheyne – Trainer: J Stewart
NIGHT SONG was ultra-impressive when winning his last two starts over 1950m on this course. He set the pace last time and drew clear to win easier than the official margin suggests. The son of Oratorio tries the 2500m for the first time and if seeing out the extra distance on offer, he should notch up the hat-trick.
Race 4: CAPITANA (5)
Jockey: A Marcus – Trainer: B Crawford
CAPITANA was not disgraced when finishing second behind Clouds Unfold last time. She moved up well that day, but was caught in the latter stages. It must be noted that the form of that race has been franked.

SHANGAAN won a good race when shedding his maiden tag over six furlongs on this course. It must be noted that the form of that race has been franked. The manner in which he finishes off his races suggests he will enjoy the extra distance on offer. The son of Gimmethegreenlight takes on stronger, but he is lightly raced and looks to have scope.
