Brazilians look to maintain perfect start to new season

Both these sides shared the spoils in the final game of last season when Sipho Mbule equalised in the 73rd minute after Ryan Moon opened the scoring for Arrows.

They face each other on Tuesday night with Arrows aiming to maintain their decent start to the new campaign but will be well aware of just how difficult that could be against a Sundowns side who seem to have picked up where they left off last season.

In their opening game of the season, Vusumizi Vilakazi’s men could only manage to secure a point in a 1-1 draw against Moroka Swallows, as Tshegofatso Mabasa netted a 77th minute equalizer for the Dube Birds to deny Arrows maximum points.

Predicted Line-ups

Rivaldo Coetzee could be thrown back into the starting 11 for Mamelodi Sundowns after serving his one-match ban.

After netting against Swallows in the MTN8 during the weekend, I expect Themba Zwane to start and also get on the score sheet here once more.

For Arrows, getting the ball to Ryan Moon will be crucial as the striker will look to get behind the Sundowns defence and cause trouble like he did against Richards Bay last week.

Nduduzo Sibiya was also an influential sub against Richards Bay, and I see him getting a start here.
